Capacitive Voltage Probe

image

  • Measurement device for electromagnetic disturbances around multi-wired cables
  • Roll-cover clamp type with circuitry in it
  • Wide frequency range
  • Easy to handle, easy to measure without stopping signal transmission
  • Based on CISPR measurement
  • Cable size adjustable (Optional calibration jig)

Feature

  1. Based on CISPR Pub 22 (1997 Annex C)
  2. Easy measurement for multi-wired cable
(No need to touch cables/ No need to set up Impedance Stabilizing Network)
  3. No need to stop signal transmission to measure the disturbances
  4. Wide frequency range (10kHz to 30MHz) circuit
  5. Applicable to variety of types and sizes of cables (optional calibration jig available)

Specification

2 electrodes can be separated into two parts in clamping to the cable, kept apart by a spacer, and the cable fixture in the inner electrode is to keep the cable measured at the center of the inner electrode. Voltage detection circuit is in a metal box just outside the outer conductor. Outer electrode and the side plates, which shield the inner electrode, are connected to the reference ground voltage.
