Basic Policy

While contributing to solving social issues toward the realization of a sustainable society through the products and services based on “the Power and Technology to Pioneer the Future”,we sincerely respond to our customers’ requests for solutions to their problems and various needs, and aim to be a value partner that continues to evolve together with the customers.

Action Guideline

In order to realize our basic policy, we will implement the following action guidelines.

  1. Fulfilling our customers' requirements as a matter of course, provide the products and services with attractive quality seeing from the viewpoint of "customer value", to further enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. In addition to the compliance with laws and regulations, fulfill our social responsibilities, and contribute to the realization of a safe and prosperous society and environmental protection.
  3. Improve our products and services to meet the future needs and expectations of customers, and even further aim to achieve sustainable growth of ourselves by the improvement in our daily operations.
  4. Demonstrate the leadership concerning the quality management system at the management level.
  5. Act with the AT’s mind of safety-first, challenge, trust, teamwork, experience, integrity and initiative.
